Pull down is singer/songwriter Evy Frearson’s 7th single release. A dark departure from her previous work, the world of Pull Down plays on multiple themes. Acoustic guitars and haunting keys set up the skeleton of the track, which is fleshed out with overdriven harmonics and Evy’s haunting vocals.
A dark and bittersweet story of insecurity and self acceptance that I conjured on a train journey and then short evening. It was an amalgamation of feelings I had, which mixed and intertwined alongside a bizarre story I had concocted of a body in a morgue…”
